🕯 What are your candles made of?
All of our candles are made using 100% natural soy wax, blended with essential oils or high-quality fragrance oils. We avoid toxins, paraffin, and anything that doesn’t serve your space or wellbeing.
🌿 Are your products suitable for people with sensitive skin or allergies?
Yes — we create with sensitivity in mind. Many of our blends are gentle, and we never use harsh chemicals. However, if you're unsure or have specific allergies, feel free to reach out and we’ll guide you toward the best options.
🎁 Can I send a candle as a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely. Just tick the “Send as a Gift” option at checkout or add your note in the message box. We’ll handwrite your message and package the order beautifully — ready to brighten their day.
🕯 How long do your candles burn?
Most of our 20cl candles burn for approximately 25–30 hours, and our 30cl candles around 40–45 hours. Wax melts and smaller pieces vary depending on usage.
📦 Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we wrap all orders with care — but if you’d like something extra special, just leave us a note at checkout. We love helping you personalise your gift.
🚚 How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship within 2–4 working days. Delivery usually takes 2–3 days after dispatch (UK only). During busy periods, it may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.
🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns on used candles. However, if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.
💌 Can I request a custom candle or bulk order?
We’d love to hear your ideas. If you’re interested in a custom scent, colour, or larger order for gifts/events, please contact us via the form or email — we’ll do our best to create something special for you.
